I placed a service call with Griffin Air Conditioning, to which they came out the same day. After inspecting the unit, they explained in detail and in a way which I could understand what the fault was. A follow up call was then received by their office advising what the next step would be to fix it. The service received was fantastic and they were a pleasure to deal with.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I installed a ducted system almost 2 years ago and their initial consultation was followed up swiftly with a highly competitive quote. Their coaching on the type and size of the A/C i should use gave me comfort.

I've had 2 services since. A special call out to Lisa who took the call and immediately acted upon my request. She was friendly and willing to assist. She sent Depak out who was awesome and did a terrific job. To top it off, Lisa followed up to ensure I was satisfied....In a world where customer service doesn't seem to matter, Lisa was exceptional.

I also love the number of local sponsorships undertaken by the company having kids play touch and oz tag...

My advice, at least give them the chance to prove how good they are! Well done one and all!

I rang and placed a service call as my remote wasn't working, the technician attended and advised it was faulty, he went and picked up a replacement and dropped it back to me the same day. I am very grateful to all involved in the excellent service you provided.

The service technicians were fantastic to deal with and gave me some handy tips on how to use the unit more effectively.

I booked a service call with Griffin Air as I was referred to them by my mechanic, I had an Actron unit that was 10 years old which hadn't worked after a storm. The technician (Deepak) who attended to this was fantastic, he replaced the part on the spot and have had no problems since. Excellent service Griffin.
